The Road to "Invigoration"
Invigoration Analysis

Invigoration Analysis
The purpose of the Invigoration Analysis is to uncover the other underlying factors that influence the health of an individual employee and the entire organization, beyond the physical aspects. Leaders are first and foremost concerned with profitability, and conducting a traditional health risk assessment is only one step in addressing the wellness dilemma.

In the field of wellness, current vendors have historically offered Health Risk Assessments, which primarily focus on disease management. Then, wellness programs are implemented to mitigate the at-risk population, normally targeting no more than 15% of the employee population. The Invigoration Analysis captures organizational cultural and behavioral data that is a critical data source for leaders. Not only does this data contribute to organizational strategy formulation and implementation, it supplies valuable information to formulate communication approaches, training and development plans, and stress reduction tactics. Invigoration Analysis targets a broader employee population going beyond the 15% normally seen in the disease management model. When organizations integrate the Invigoration Analysis with a traditional health risk assessment and other wellness outcome-based initiatives, the organization grasps health and productivity.

The Invigoration Model™
The Invigoration Model

When we examine the Invigoration Model, we find that there are several components, each of which has a financial impact. As we statistically identify root causes of decreased productivity, turnover, absenteeism and overall happiness within the workplace, then we gain more ammunition to affect the company’s profitability, beyond the traditional wellness program components that may influence claims and be full of “activities” without outcomes or other measurements.
